93ko Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the 93ko website accessible at https://93ko.io, including all pages, sub-pages, games, betting markets, and services made available through that domain.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account opened by a User in accordance with the registration process described in Section 2.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), including deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit amounts awarded to a Player under a promotion, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before that bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful, including any region specifically excluded by 93ko at its sole discretion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before a Player may make their first withdrawal.
• "Applicable Law" means any statute, regulation, directive, or code of conduct applicable to the Player or to 93ko in the relevant jurisdiction at the relevant time.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the 93ko Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 93ko operates a strict 21+ policy. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds confiscated.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any Prohibited Territory at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 93ko or had an Account closed by 93ko for rule violations.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of 93ko or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You understand that online gambling carries financial risk, and you are participating voluntarily using funds you can afford to lose.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, 93ko reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any winnings generated across duplicate accounts, and permanently suspend the Player.

During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication device or code. 93ko will never ask you to share your password by email, chat, or telephone.

• You must immediately notify 93ko at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• 93ko shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security or has shared credentials with a third party.
• You must keep your registered contact details, including mobile number and email address, current and accurate at all times. Outdated contact information that delays identity verification or withdrawal processing is the Player's responsibility.
• Account access is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
• If you wish to close your Account voluntarily, please contact the 93ko support team at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after satisfactory KYC checks have been completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. 93ko accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳300. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and account verification status; current limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a maximum of 90 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant payment provider. 93ko does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees, for which 93ko accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit into the same Account, and only after satisfactory KYC verification has been completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals requested before 23:00 BST (UTC+6) on a given day will ordinarily be processed same-day. 93ko reserves the right to extend processing times in cases requiring additional verification.

• 93ko reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in a rolling 30-day period.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements in full before processing.
• 93ko will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards belonging to other individuals, or payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.
• Any bank charges, mobile wallet fees, or currency conversion costs applied by the receiving institution are the Player's responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

93ko offers various promotional incentives to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spin credits, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one Account per household, per IP address, and per device.
• All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.
• Wagering contributions towards bonus requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirements — refer to the specific promotion's terms for the applicable contribution schedule.
• 93ko reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably believes a Player has abused a promotion, employed a betting strategy designed to generate low-risk wagering to clear bonus requirements, or created multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Where a Player is eligible for multiple concurrent promotions, only one may be active at a time unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• 93ko reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already claimed and in-progress will be honoured under the terms at the time of claiming.

6 Gameplay Rules

All casino games available on the 93ko Platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI Games, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and mathematical model as determined by the originating game provider.

The outcome of all games on the Platform is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. 93ko does not interfere with, modify, or override the outcomes produced by any game provider's certified RNG. RNG certificates are available from the respective game providers upon request.

• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on the 93ko server, the server-side record shall be the definitive and binding result.
• Technical malfunctions — including but not limited to disconnections, software errors, and display glitches — void all affected game rounds. Bets placed during a technical malfunction will be refunded to the Player's Account balance. No claim for winnings arising from a malfunction will be honoured.
• Players must place all wagers in good faith using their own Account balance or legitimately awarded bonus credits. Placing wagers on behalf of third parties is prohibited.
• 93ko reserves the right to impose wagering limits on individual Players or game categories at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

7 Sports Betting

The 93ko sportsbook offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets across cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports as made available from time to time. The following rules govern all sports betting activity on the Platform:

• All odds are displayed and settled in decimal format unless a Player's account settings specify otherwise. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the commencement of an event.
• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when a "Bet Accepted" confirmation message is displayed on the Player's screen. An unconfirmed bet is not a valid bet.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (i.e., odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error), 93ko reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous odds and refund the staked amounts, regardless of the outcome of the event.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, 93ko's settlement policy will apply as communicated in the sportsbook rules. In most cases, bets on abandoned events will be voided and stakes returned unless a minimum portion of the event has been completed, as specified per sport.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per Player may apply. Current limits are displayed in the sportsbook. Winnings exceeding applicable limits will be capped at the stated maximum.
• 93ko operates a zero-tolerance policy towards match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sporting manipulation. Any account found to have placed bets connected with manipulation of sporting events will be permanently closed and relevant information may be reported to appropriate authorities.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 93ko Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in further legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the KYC process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with any game, betting market, or cashier function on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or platform errors to generate an unfair advantage or to accumulate winnings that would not be achievable in normal play.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players in any card game, table game, or tournament offered on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. All suspicious transaction activity will be reported to the relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 93ko staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tool, limit, or self-exclusion measure implemented on your Account or on the Platform generally.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 93ko Platform — including but not limited to the 93ko name and logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 93ko or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or in any other way exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of 93ko.
• Game titles, artwork, soundtracks, and game mechanics provided by third-party studios (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and NetEnt) remain the intellectual property of those respective studios and are subject to their own intellectual property protections.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to 93ko regarding the Platform may be used by 93ko at its discretion without obligation or compensation to you.

10 Privacy & Data

93ko collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key data practices include the following:

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 93ko, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special — arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any of its services.
• Any technical failure, system outage, scheduled maintenance, or unscheduled downtime affecting the Platform.
• Any loss of gambling funds resulting from your voluntary use of the Platform's games or betting markets.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any delay in processing a deposit or withdrawal caused by circumstances outside 93ko's direct control, including third-party payment processor outages or banking system delays.
• Decisions made based on information contained on the Platform that later proves to be inaccurate or outdated.

Nothing in these Terms limits 93ko's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 93ko makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the Platform.

12 Responsible Gaming

93ko is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to supporting Players who may be experiencing difficulties with their gambling behaviour. The Platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and is available to adults aged 21 and above only.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players and may be activated at any time via account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the maximum amount you may deposit into your Account. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Increasing a deposit limit requires a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged into an active gaming session for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying your net wagering activity during a session.

13 Suspension & Termination

93ko reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or unverifiable identification information.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the age eligibility requirement of 21 years.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Receipt of a legal or regulatory instruction requiring the Account to be closed.

Upon permanent Account closure initiated by 93ko for rule violations, any balance comprising Bonus Funds or winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player's confirmed payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any required verification.

Where Account closure is initiated by 93ko due to a regulatory or compliance obligation rather than a Player rule violation, 93ko will make all reasonable efforts to return the Player's verified real-money balance in full.

14 Amendments

93ko reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 93ko will notify registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via an on-screen notice upon next login, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended terms take effect.

For minor or administrative amendments that do not materially affect Player rights or obligations — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact details — changes may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree to an amended version of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your Account before the effective date of the change.

The current and effective version of these Terms will always be available at https://93ko.io/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent amendment.
